Finamente un vero Runabout Americano!
Completamente progettato e realizzato negli Stati Uniti, questo
modello riesce a interpretare correttamente lo stile degli
storici predecessori utilizzando le piu' avanzate tecnologie
costruttive e impiantistiche. Una linea pulita e filante,
con uno scafo proposto in 3 differenti colorazioni assecondando
le esigenze della clientela più esigente. Una plancia
comando che ben si inserisce nel disegno generale, cosa assai
difficile da realizzare su modelli con linee classiche.

Proposto con motorizzazione Yanmar
accoppiato ad un idrogetto, riesce a compiere eccezionali
manovre in attracco grazie all'integrazione con il Bow Trust
di prua. La guida è affidata alla tradizionale timoneria
per la navigazione e ad un divertente e pratico joystik
per la manovra.

Grande novita' per queste imbarcazioni è data dal propulsore
a idrogetto, parola questa che subito farà storcere
il naso a molti...Sarà sicuro e affidabile come le
vecchie eliche?...Sembra non ci siano dubbi...l'idrogetto
è il futuro...anche per le piccole imbarcazioni come
questa..Pratico e sicuro perchè senza appendici non
si rischia di toccare nei bassi fondali...Il mezzo ideale
per lo sci nautico! nessuna elica pericolosa.

Un piano di coperta
semplice e pratico, votato alla migliore vivibilita' diurna.
Il posto di guida a centro barca garantisce un perfetto comfort
durante la navigazione per il pilota e copilota, protetti
dagli spruzzi grazie alle alte murate. Dotato di impianto
Cd, navigatore satellitare, frigo bar, è la barca ideale
per le uscite giornaliere.
Un'altra cosa da evidenziare
è lo scarso pescaggio, soli 0.66 metri...!

Il cantiere fornisce inoltre un pratico tendalino di prua e
in optional un hardtop a centro barca . Sotto la plancia comando
trova posto invece un pratico W.C., assolutamnte indispensabile
in una barca di queste dimensioni, capace di portare, secondo
l'omologazione americana fino a 12 personme. Una barca molto
interessante e nuova per il mercato italiano. Avremmo preferito
forse un più ampio prendisole di prua alle gia' numerose
sedute. |

Un modello di grande
fascino, ben rifinito nei minimi particolari...uno scafo scuro,
una coperta in teak con elementi in mogano...una piccola baia,

Newport Runabout was designed from the keel up with waterjet
performance in mind. She is the creation of an engineering mind

planing hull hydrodynamics. The underwater shape has been sculpted
to marry stable seakeeping performance to a sophisticated propulsion
system. The Newport Runabout delivers the experience of speed,
agility, and comfort. She will accelerate effortlessly, cruise
gracefully at impressive speeds, and carve turns like an Olympic
skier. Her innovative form keeps her dry while slicing through
waves. The 21st Century electronic control system offers the
flexibility of simple Stick control when maneuvering dockside;
or traditional wheel steering while cruising. The confidence
you demonstrate with the ease of operation will not be lost
on your family and friends. Shallow draft delivers greater accessibility
to hidden coves and beaches. The internal waterjet propulsion
system means safety while you swim, dive, or waterski. The absence
of exposed running gear delivers freedom from snagging those
abundant lobster trap markers, or mooring lines in the harbor.
Her amenities include comfortable seating, for you and your
twelve closest friends, upon cushions wrapped in the latest
SunbrellaŽ fabrics. A hot & cold deck shower is located near
the swim platform and transom door. A full head with sink, shower,
and storage lockers is located just steps away, below in the
deckhouse. The refrigerator/freezer is located in the cockpit
across from the wet bar to chill your Martini ingredients. The
helm station features a nicely upholstered double-width seat,
from which to view a generous assortment of the finest navigational
gadgets and engine controls. The stereo with CD player will
come in handy while orchestrating your own jazz festival, practicing
your Puccini, or just listening to the latest news from Lake
Wobegon. In short, much is offered to make this boat a true
'turn-key' design. Classic American style is revived with a
design inspired by the days of Fitzgerald and Hemingway. Graceful
